Join NAIOP DL for this spring’s Lunch & Learn event with The Spectrum Companies at Vantage South End. The Spectrum Companies’ Virginia Luther (Managing Director – Charlotte Commercial), Jeff Duerr (Managing Director – Construction) and Josh Hauser (Construction Manager) will talk with members about everything from conception and construction to delivery and lease-up of Vantage South End.

Vantage South End is a 635,000 SF mixed-use development in South End, including 55K SF of retail and amenity space, on approximately 5 acres of land. During our time together, we look forward to learning more about The Spectrum Companies, construction, and lease-up processes amidst a tumultuous office market, and current activity in the area.
