Communications Committee
The Communications Committee keeps members informed on industry trends, events, and advocacy efforts while driving attendance and strengthening engagement through regular newsletters, social media posts, and targeted content. The committee ensures communications are timely, valuable, and aligned with a professional, approachable brand presence.

Developing Leaders
The Developing Leaders (DL) program keeps young professionals’ careers on track by providing connections with peers and local leaders in our industry. Developing Leaders are professionals who are 35 and under.

Govnernment Affairs Committee
This committee is responsible for participating in REBIC meetings, coordinating state visits to the state legislature with other North Carolina NAIOP chapters, and monitoring items of special interest to the industry.

Membership Committee
Responsible for recruiting and retaining members and engaging them throughout the year.

Program Committee
The committee plans and organizes topic-oriented programs, socials, and special events such as Golf Tournaments.
