Developing Leaders
The Developing Leaders (DL) program keeps young professionals’ careers on track by providing connections with peers and local leaders in our industry. Developing Leaders are professionals who are 35 and under.

• Committee Chair: Ben Douglas, Crescent Communities

Legislative Committee
This committee is responsible for participating in REBIC meetings, coordinating the state visits to the state legislature (with other North Carolina NAIOP chapters), and monitoring items of special interest for the industry. 

• Committee Chair: James Downs, C4 Builders

Membership Committee
Responsible for recruiting and retaining members and engaging them throughout the year.

• Committee Chairs: Maggie Houston, Beacon Partners and Elise Falls, Childress Klein

Program Committee
The committee plans and organizes topic-oriented programs, socials, and special events such as Golf Tournaments.

• Committee Chair: Scott Kurz, Lincoln

Sponsorship Committee
Responsible for recruiting and retaining annual sponsors.
