I began my career in residential production home building before switching over to the commercial side.

Acquisitions, entitlements, construction, leasing

The evolution of flex buildings—traditionally industrial spaces—into versatile, mixed-use environments that integrate retail, institutional, commercial, and industrial businesses.

Chair of Government Affairs - Local Advocacy, this will be my first term serving on the board.

Why You Joined: What motivated you to join NAIOP?

I was a NAIOP member in Maryland and was excited to immediately join in Charlotte.

Value of Membership: How has being a member of NAIOP benefited you personally and professionally?

NAIOP has honed my advocacy skills, kept me ahead of policy shifts, and connected me with political leaders in Charlotte and across the state.

Advice for New Members: What advice would you give to someone considering joining or getting more involved?

NAIOP stands out for its advocacy-driven mission, delivering unmatched value in an industry where relationships are paramount and the political landscape constantly evolves.

Favorite Event/Initiative: What is your favorite event or initiative within NAIOP and why?

My favorite NAIOP event is the NC State Advocacy Days, where we connect directly with legislators shaping policy in real time.
