Meck County Clerk’s Office Accepting Applications for Storm Water Advisory Committee.

The Mecklenburg County Clerk’s Office is encouraging residents to apply to serve on the Storm Water Advisory Committee (SWAC). Committee members are charged with reviewing and recommending storm water management policies, policy changes, long-range plans, and their budgetary and rate impacts. In addition, participants hear appeals and reach decisions on service charges, credits, and adjustments. SWAC is looking to fill its financial, accounting, or legal profession vacancies.
