The REBIC Prosperity Initiative was formed to help residents and policy makers lean into decisions that focus on cooperation and economic health, so we can keep prosperity accessible and sustainable.
What is prosperity? It’s the right to enjoy life, and have reasonable access to education, health, and housing. Only a nurtured real estate industry makes that possible. Fearful agendas that keep growth out are hurting our local economies and blocking housing supply. Open cooperation between elected officials and land development experts, that help curb the burdensome regulations that strangle solutions, are the only ways to keep prosperity strong. That’s why REBIC exists.
