Reminder: Show Your Support at the Board of County Commissioner’s Meeting on Tuesday, 9/16

The Board of County Commissioners is the final vote on the joint MOU regarding the process for establishing the authority. It is important for all supporters of the Transportation Referendum to attend the meeting to visibly show overwhelming support for the 1-cent sales tax. Please note that Action NC will hold a press conference in front of the Government Center at 5:30. While we do not want to attend or interfere with their press conference, we do want to ensure we are seated and fill the chamber as we did the last time. Details below:

What: Board of County Commissioners Meeting
When: Tuesday, 9/16 at 5:00pm (meeting begins at 6pm)
Where: Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center, 600 E 4th Street, Charlotte, NC

We will have t-shirts, signs and yard signs available onsite.
