Senior Project Manager at Beacon Partners. We specialize in commercial real estate development.

Career Path: How did you get started in commercial real estate, and what led you to where you are today?

I started as a civil engineer working as a consultant in land development and made the move over to the development side.

Area of Expertise: What are your key areas of expertise in commercial real estate (e.g., development, brokerage, construction, finance, legal, etc.)?

Land development and construction.

Role in the Association: What is your role within NAIOP Charlotte, and how long have you been involved?

Director At Large and on Membership Committee. I joined in 2016 and became involved with Developing Leaders.

Why You Joined: What motivated you to join NAIOP?

I joined to grow my network and relationships within commercial real estate.

Value of Membership: How has being a member of NAIOP benefited you personally and professionally?

NAIOP has benefited me both personally and professionally to grow my network, understanding latest trends and advocating for important policy.

Advice for New Members: What advice would you give to someone considering joining or getting more involved?

Reach out to someone on the board or a committee and ask how to get more involved! Getting involved within NAIOP has been the best way to make genuine relationships.

The State Conference.

Hidden Talent or Fun Fact: What’s something people might not know about you?

I have been skydiving in Switzerland!

Favorite Way to Unwind: How do you like to spend your time outside of work?

I spend my time outside of work with my husband and two kids (2.5 yo and 6 mo). If I have time to unwind it is with my friends or watching a good show!
