The Lunch with a Leader series provides NAIOP Charlotte members an exclusive opportunity to meet and interact with key leaders in our community. 

With costs escalating at an all-time high, what are these firms seeing for the future? Are there ways to manage the costs and are they killing deals? This Lunch with a Leader will include a discussion from Brent Long of Choate Construction and Armando Perez of Rodgers Builders, followed by a conversation about how construction costs are impacting the competitiveness of our marketplace and commercial real estate business.
