Developing Leaders get a special opportunity to tour One Independence Center. Fresh off a $25 million dollar renovation, One Independence Center is a 547,000 SF, 20-story office building at the intersection of Trade and Tryon that will feature Uptown’s first food hall in the newly refreshed ground-floor retail.

The tour will be led by Crescent Communities’ Alex Hondros.
